TGI Direct, Inc. – The ClientZone Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TGI Direct The ClientZone (“Portal”). By accessing or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the applicable provisions of your company’s Master Service Agreement with TGI Direct, Inc.
1. Authorized Access
Access to the Portal is limited to Authorized Users who have been issued valid credentials by TGI Direct, Inc. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password and for all activity conducted under your account. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or use by non-approved individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.
2. Purpose and Use
The Portal is provided exclusively to facilitate business operations, project management, and information exchange between TGI Direct, Inc. and its Clients. All materials, data, and communications available within the Portal are considered confidential and proprietary to TGI Direct, Inc. and/or its Clients. Reproduction, disclosure, or distribution of Portal content to any unauthorized party is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from TGI Direct, Inc.
3. Data Security and Monitoring
TGI Direct, Inc. employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data integrity and confidentiality. By using this Portal, you expressly consent to system monitoring for compliance, security, and operational purposes. If such monitoring reveals unauthorized activity or potential criminal behavior, TGI Direct, Inc. may report findings to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
4. Privacy and Data Usage
TGI Direct, Inc. is committed to protecting client information and maintaining the privacy of all data accessed or transmitted through the Portal. Client data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and providing authorized services. Personal and business information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver contracted services or comply with applicable laws. All data handling practices follow TGI Direct’s internal information security policies and industry best practices.
5. Modification of Terms
TGI Direct, Inc. reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting within the Portal. Continued use of the Portal following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Termination of Access
TGI Direct, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate individual or company-wide access to the Portal at any time if it determines that a user has violated these Terms, breached confidentiality obligations, or otherwise engaged in conduct that may compromise the security or integrity of TGI Direct systems or data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TGI Direct, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding Portal availability, performance, or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TGI Direct, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Portal.
